Delete your HIPAA Chat account

To delete your HIPAA Chat account and the data associated with it, submit a request through our support form using your work email address, with “Account deletion” selected. Signed-in users can also use Support in the workspace menu.

• We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• Deletion covers your account and the conversations and files associated with it.
• Some audit records are retained where required by law.

HIPAA Chat accounts are provisioned by your organization. If you are unsure which email your account uses, your organization's administrator can submit the request on your behalf.
